I recently had the privilege of being asked to journey across Europe, photographing the iconic landscapes that have long been central to supplying casks for Bushmills whisky.
While the rugged beauty of each location was captivating, the story of the casks themselves took on a life of its own. Gaining access to historic Port and Madeira cellars was a rare treat - these casks are the quiet heroes shaping the deep, layered flavours of Bushmills 16 and 21-year-old single malts. To witness the legacy of these cellars firsthand, knowing the influence they impart, was a treat on every level.
