Recently, I have been dedicated to documenting stories of people immersed in their crafts and the passion they bring to their work. Artists, craftsmen, and craftswomen truly inspire me with their unique lifestyles and career journeys.

For this series I got to spend some time with Andrew, who is a superbly talented portrait painter in my north London neighbourhood of Crouch End.

Andrew loves to paint faces and does so by memory, making it very much about being in the moment. But as a longtime musician, he has a knack for remembering structure and shapes.
